During one of my searches of women’s health topics, I found these interesting bra inserts, and I thought they’d be a sweet thing to share with my Sweet Talk BFFs. They’re made by Thermaflow, and use natural far infrared rays to promote breast tissue health.

These seem like a very useful accessory for anyone who is challenged by breast pain. Though I highly recommend that all women and men thoroughly investigate any type of breast pain with their doctor, these inserts may be something to bring up to your doctor as a relief option — should the source of your pain be hormonal or benign in nature.
