So it is Humpday, and I am thinking, what could get us through the week more seamlessly than a little old-fashioned romance?

 I want you, lovely readers, to indulge in a bit of escapism and post a link to your favorite romantic scene in any film, TV show, etc.

Above is mine.  I tend to idolize the pretty outcast.  Who are your girls, the characters you relate to and kind of want to be?

 A lot of people complain that romantic comedies give us unrealistic expectations about romance and life in general, and I can’t decide if I agree.  There are some perfect scenes in some perfect movies that seem too good to be true. Then again sometimes a first date can feel that way, too, can it not?  Just thinkin’…
