Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn still in love 25 years later!

So what makes a marriage in Hollywood last?  I thought Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt would be the perfect couple.   Maybe my new finding is what broke up their marriage and here I thought it had something to do with her not wanting kids yet!?  Sometimes when you skip the actual wedding part, you find a couple that lasts and lasts like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell however, she did have 2 seemingly un-successful marriages to get to that point, but the bright side is she has Oliver and Kate to show for it.

And reality TV, well that never seems to help.  MTV’s show “Newlyweds” helped Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson’s marriage end in divorce, I guess what goes around comes back around for him.  Not exactly celebrities, but Jon and Kate Gosselin’s marriage was probably rocky from the start, so goes the demise of “Jon and Kate Plus 8“.

And how many of the Hollywood marriages do you think stay together for the kids?  Or maybe have kids to keep the marriage/relationship together…ummm Brangelina, jmo.

What is the key to keeping it together?  Maybe the key is there is no key!?  I think we have a lot we can learn from our grandparents, you know, the ones that are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year.  Let’s ask Jen and Ben, maybe they have already had that talk.
