Amidst corporate recession confessions and manner lessons on Sweet Talk, breasts have also been a recent topic of interest.

It began with Christiénne Miller’s search for the perfect large cup bra, and took an amusing turn with Harlow Essex being surprised into playing games of Peek a Boob in West Hollywood. So now, I think the stage is set to talk about the importance of breast health.

Though the American Cancer Society maintains that there’s no apparent scientific evidence to support the negative impact bras have on breast health — or that blockage of lymph flow as described in the popular book: Dressed to Kill: The Link between Breast Cancer and Bras, by Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer, is also scientifically flawed — organizations like The Breast Health Project and The Breast Site are dedicated to the adage that it’s better to be safe than sorry. Both contain valuable information and resources specifically focused on breast health.

Personally, I enjoy a lymph massage at least once a week, and practice yoga to ensure my body maintains overall flexibility, flow, and balance. I also keep my caffeine intake to a minimum. Those are a few things I do, and I’m curious as to what you do?

As you formulate an answer, and if you haven’t already done so, don’t forget take a moment to sign the Lifetime petition, too. After all, the more we all support health and wellness at every level, the sweeter life becomes, don’t you agree?
