I love food. Some food, I cannot live without. Though, I always feel slightly guilty about indulging in must haves, i.e. sweets, snacks, cereals and breads (got to love those carbs)… I think it’s ok to treat yourself to goodies. For some people it’s shopping, for others it’s the, I know my nutritionist will hate me, snack attacks.

Women’s Heath Magazine has an amazing article about 125 packaged food women can easily pick out. Nutritionists Karen Ansel, R. D., Maureen Callahan, R. D., Lisa Drayer, R. D., and Kerry Neville, R. D. compiled a very cool list of foods no woman can feel guilty for eating

Among the sweets:
