This morning greeted me with bright blue, sunny skies and a slight chill in the air. I don’t know why, but the Fall is when I find myself spending a lot of time outdoors.

On a morning like this, unzipping my tent, my first order of business would be to find a place to do my business — hey, it’s only natural.

While most may hop on over to the campground facilities, I have a tendency to pitch my tents in more remote locations. So what’s a girl to do?

In this prior post, I touted the fabulous P-Mate. Yesterday, however, I was introduced to the more sustainable GoGirl. O.K. Let’s just stop for a moment and be clear: I do not have penis envy, I’m just tired of peeing on my shoes when I can’t find a proper bathroom. I have tried holding onto tree limbs, I have tried teetering over disgusting public toilets, I’ve done all that and am not coordinated enough, people, so why keep trying? Isn’t the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over expecting different results?

But I digress…the GoGirl is a gift to all us gals who love our outdoor adventures and sports, or would like something to make travel and public bathrooms more user friendly.

Come to think of it, with the holidays coming, a sweet spot adventure kit would make an excellent gift! You could give them to the active gals in your life: A GoGirl and/or pack of P-Mates with some wipettes or mist, maybe a bidet-in-a-bottle — really the combination possibilities are endless.

Makes me want to make my list and check it twice…how about you?
