What is a healthy diet? I kind of forget about trying to be healthy come Thanksgiving because well, it’s a holiday surrounding food. A lot of food, followed by a lot of leftovers. But for the rest of the year, I wonder how many people really consider the vitamins, carbohydrates, and water they intake daily. Should we be making more of an effort to pay attention to what we eat for breakfast? Do most people even make time for breakfast? I’m not sure a cigarette and coffee counts.
