A huge, and slightly impractical dream of mine, is to take a cross-country road trip/ food tour. Not just any road trip, but one consisting of traveling city-to-city scouting out the best of food in America. There are so many little places, that only the locals know. What a great way to see the country, right?

My dream was inspired by the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. One word: brilliant. Host Guy Fieri travels all around the country, scouting out the best local delights. He interviews the main chefs/ owners and watches them make some of their signature dishes. It’s practically impossible to watch without salivating.
