This season’s contestants are, as Trump said in the boardroom, “killers and brutal.”
There are no celebrities this season, instead Trump decided to go back to the basics and cast 16 contestants affected by the economic crisis. They all lost high paying jobs and now seeking employment within the Trump Organization.
The contestants were split in two groups, men on one side the women on the other. The teams’ first assignment was to create an ultra modern SoHo workspace. The (men) team Octane wanted to design a green space while the (women) team Fortitude created a modern executive space.
Despite the fact Trump was not all that happy with either design, his children Ivanka and Don Jr. concluded the Team Octane should win.
Being project manager is always risky as, ultimately, you are the decision maker and a team’s failure will most likely fall on you. Sadly project manager, Nicole lacked strong leadership, and after all was said and done Nicole got the boot. She also allowed Tyana to select the tacky furniture and ugly picture frame that didn’t follow the task’s description, modern.
Unfortunately, for Nicole none of her teammates stood up for her, in fact they all threw her under the bus. It looked like for a second there that Mahsa would be fired, since she lacked professionalism in the boardroom, she was so loud and actually told Trump to let her finish when he tried to interrupt her.
I did think the ending was funny as Mahsa and Tyana, walked out holding hands. We haven’t heard the last of those two.
