A beautiful bust is in part a gift of nature but also in part a result of the care that you take. To men they’re mainly erotic – but for women it has a positive effect on our confidence.
Of course some sag is inevitable. Gravity, breast growth spurts in your teens and early 20s, pregnancy, breast-feeding, and hormonal changes all cause your breast to change shape. Any change in the shape of your breasts stretches your skin’s collagen and elastin, two components that make skin firm. This leaves your twins less perky over time.
Still, there’s one move that will mess them up for sure and that is weight fluctuations, which will surely cause your boobs to sag prematurely. Breasts are very sensitive to weight changes so it’s best if you keep a stable weight. The breast is the first place you lose volume when you lose fat hence, will lose even more volume if you lose too fast. While a great cleavage is nice, I’m pretty sure we can all agree that small and perky looks better than big and not so perky.
There are a few things we can do to protect our breasts such as exercise, how you sleep and wearing a good bra. For more tips read here.

Ohhmm, yeah. New research published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine suggests that regular yoga practice can enhance your sex life.
You already know the ancient Indian practice of Yoga promotes greater flexibility, better muscle tone, a surefire way to release stress, ease pain, and maybe even enlightenment. But better sex? Really? You betcha.
Yoga may also trigger the production of sex hormones, increase lubrication, and boost self-confidence and sexual performance.
After completing a 12-week program that included about an hour of yoga each day, 75% of the women reported improvements in desire, arousal, orgasm, and other good stuff relating to sexual function.
Whether heating up your sex life is the main goal of your yoga practice or just a happy side effect, chalk this information up as yet another great reason to roll out the mat. Here are the major ways it works.

Most people by the age of 5 have probably figured out whether they have an “innie” or an “outie”. These same people may have been scorned for their outie or been pushed like a button one too many times giving way to “umbilicoplasty“. According to Health magazine’s May 2011 issue this is the growing trend in plastic surgery. Why do some people have outies anyway? Is it genetic? It is actually a scar produced after the umbilical cord is cut. No two bellybuttons are alike. Could it be that if the umbilical cord is cut or clamped further out that it heals with a bigger bump!? Or have all babies with an outie experienced a hernia like some suggest? We might never know the real answer, but whichever you have embrace it! Read here to learn more navel facts.
