…however there are exceptions to this rule. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones to has found the perfect sex partner, I congratulate you. But if you can take it or leave it when it come to sex then you are not doing something right.
You will never know what great sex is unless you speak up. If you want your sexual desires fulfilled you must let your partner know.
Talking about sex however, is possibly one of the more difficult conversations in life. Did you realize that for many people, it’s easier to talk about sex with friends than it is with your sexual partner? Why is that?
If you truly want your sexual relationship to be all that it could be, communication is the key to great sex. Pillow talk is important at all stages of a relationship if you want to keep it fresh and alive.
I guarantee you will see life from a different perspective. For starters you will be in a much better mood.

To douche or not to douche that is the question. Vaginal douching is the ancient practice of rinsing the vagina for hygienic purposes. Still millions of women around the world continue do it, and a recent survey found that in United States 30 percent of women between the ages of 20 and 40 douche regularly.
So why do you think so many women still douche? When the vagina has its own self-cleaning mechanism — good bacteria that help to keep it healthy. First, douching disturbs this delicate balance by reducing the number of protective Lactobacilli, thus creating an environment in which bad bacteria can flourish. Second, douching can actually cause an infection by disrupting the natural balance of bacteria and yeast in the vagina.
The risks of douching have seldom been clearly explained. But in fact some researchers suspect that douching can cause irritation and inflammation of vaginal tissues, the resulting irritation can make it easier for us to get STDs, bacterial and yeast infections.
If you are having odor problems, seriously a little gentle wash and water on the vulva, a good soak in the tub, and voila! Nice, clean hoo-hoo. And nice clean hoo-hoo isn’t aromatically challenged. If yours is having odor issues, or unusual discharge issues (some types of discharge are perfectly normal!), this means you should see your doctor.

So we know sex is fun, but is it necessary? The answer is simply, yes.
According to researchers, making love could be one of the few pleasures in life that is genuinely good for you.
Not only does sex boost your mood, but frequent lovemaking also boosts levels of immunoglobulin, key immune cells that fight infection. There is also growing evidence to show it not only boosts your physical well-being, but increases longevity.
A flurry of small studies suggests sex is as good for your health as vitamin D and broccoli. A healthy sex life not only relieves stress, improves sleep and burns calories; it can also reduce pain, ease depression, strengthen blood vessels, boost the immune system and lower the risk of prostate and breast cancer.
So go on, make love and live a long and healthy life.

You are probably thinking what the heck is a vajacial and why would I want one? Well, let me tell you it is the newest treatment in a long line of frankly bizarre ways to make your bikini area more ‘glamorous.’ And you can have it done exclusively at Stript Wax Bar .
Suggested for women who get brazilian waxes, the trademarked treatment aims to do for your ladybits what a facial does for your face. “We developed the Vajacial to really address and treat the key needs of anyone who gets waxed,” Stript owner Katherine Goldman said in a press release. “Your ‘little lady’ will thank us!”
It’s basically a facial, for your brazilian to sort out any uncomfortable skin concerns, such as ingrown hairs, bumps, and skin irritations. It takes about 50 minutes and will give your crotch the best non-orgasmic experience you can imagine.
It’s meant to be performed the week after your wax and involves 4 steps which include a antibacterial cleansing with witch hazel, papaya exfoliation, and an esthetician that personally removes your ingrown hairs (now that’s service!) are all standard. The treatment is finished with a calming, anti-freckle, anti-acne mask and a lightening cream.

A beautiful bust is in part a gift of nature but also in part a result of the care that you take. To men they’re mainly erotic – but for women it has a positive effect on our confidence.
Of course some sag is inevitable. Gravity, breast growth spurts in your teens and early 20s, pregnancy, breast-feeding, and hormonal changes all cause your breast to change shape. Any change in the shape of your breasts stretches your skin’s collagen and elastin, two components that make skin firm. This leaves your twins less perky over time.
Still, there’s one move that will mess them up for sure and that is weight fluctuations, which will surely cause your boobs to sag prematurely. Breasts are very sensitive to weight changes so it’s best if you keep a stable weight. The breast is the first place you lose volume when you lose fat hence, will lose even more volume if you lose too fast. While a great cleavage is nice, I’m pretty sure we can all agree that small and perky looks better than big and not so perky.
There are a few things we can do to protect our breasts such as exercise, how you sleep and wearing a good bra. For more tips read here.
