And so another Fall has arrived, with it’s early-fading daylight, pleading with us to slow our pace, and prepare for Winter’s chill.

Do you really feel as though that scenario still applies? I mean, we have become — have we not — a world that never sleeps. We are oh so busy typing, or texting, our thoughts into a cyber universe, to be read by more people than we could speak to, directly, in our lifetimes. By just mentioning the thought of taking 15 minutes out for a meditation, I have felt a universal shudder from my world of online (and offline) friends.

Entertain this thought, though: What if the Fall is nature’s reminder that we need to take time to rejuvenate and build up our overflow, so we aren’t giving, to our relationships, from our reserves?

Keeping in that vein, I invite you to spend three minutes here at this waterfall, and then jump over here for further inspiration.

It’s amazing how much you can receive when you give yourself a little time to indulge in your Fall, don’t you agree?
